beautiful hotel for the price
the property help was friendly and courteous. They went out of their way to make it a fantastic experience. The hotel rooms were spotless and spacious. the property itself was also spotless. The swimming pool area also had a koi pond, the kids thought that was great. The breakfast meal was wonderful, anything you could want. 3 kids can not wait to go there again!

Clean, well appointed rooms, delightful atrium, extensive full breakfast, friendly staff, central location, just a comfortable place!
Great start to the new year
Great property. help were polite and willing to help. the hotel room were spotless and well equipped. The swimming pool area was fantastic and the water warm - a pleasure to swim in, the waterfall was a nice extra. The fish pond in the garden was a nice touch as were the ducks in the atrium pond. The food was great and the cooked to order breakfast meal could not have been better. Have booked to return again in April.
Pre/Post Cruise
Istayed at this property before/after our cruise out of Port Everglades. We selected this property because of the location and the free shuttle service to and from Airport/Cruise port. We arrived late at night and had to make several phone calls from the airport before the shuttle came to get us. Getting the shuttle the next day to the port when okay. Post-cruise pick-up was terrible. We waited almost 2 hours!! Finally, after multiple calls, we were told to get a taxi. Shuttle back to Airport was okay. Rooms were nice and spotless.

Poor Service - Had 3 rooms reserved,they had only 2 reserved. Checked in at 3pm. Did not get rooms till 6pm.They keep saying they would check on it, in addition no one did. . . .
Not returning - Stayed at this property several times, can say that it has really gone down hill. there's virtually no restaraunt open in the property for lunch or dinner. You have to eat outside at some tiki hut, op . . .
Pier 66 gone downhill - Not the old Pier 66, poor quality rooms, poor restaurants, landscaping. Overpriced poor value, will not be back, poor service. Left after first day of week long vacation. . . .
